The following charges are all inclusive of shipping,1lb weight, handling and basic insurance that is provided by the related shipping handling agencies/companies. These rates will apply only to the orders shipped in the United States of America. For information on International shipping, please click on to our International Shipping page.

We ship the orders- Monday through Friday (excluding National holidays) to the corresponding addresses in the United States.

As per the FedEx policy we are unable to deliver shipments to P.O.Box addresses, that is, if you prefer to send/receive the shipment from our office via FedEx.

Exchange/Return Instructions

If you received the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you can return the item and receive a full credit for the cost of the merchandise under our return policy. To return an item:

1. Notify our Customer Care department by filling form located under detail order description in your account 5 days of delivery and provide us with the information included on form:

-Quantity you are returning

-Reason for return (wrong item, damaged, or defective item)

-If damaged or defective, describe it as well as list any missing items.

We will contact you by e-mail and notify you of the status of your return. You will be also given a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

2. Include the shipping invoice and the RMA number with the item you are returning. If you prefer replacement, please put a note inside your return and we will ship you the replacement. If you are asking for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return, and you will be notified via e-mail.

Repack the product in a way that does not cause the merchandise any damage. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the Return Feedback Form.
